NGAP Sri Lanka involvement at the Global Aviation Training and TRAINAIR PLUS Symposium held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 11th to 13th April 2017, under the theme " Together, Enhancing, Training building capacity".

A presentation was done by Mr. Gimhan Dabarera, Secretary of the NGAP Sri Lanka Programme & NGAP National Coordinator on Sri Lanka efforts to develop a national Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) Programme as a Speaker in session 06 – Entitled " How to attract, train and retain aviation professionals" on the invitation of the ICAO NGAP unit.
